PRIVACY · JESTER DROP
Jester Drop privacy policy.
Effective October 17, 2026
Jester Drop is an iPhone arcade game from Second Wave Arcade (a DBA of Spocrates LLC, Texas), published on the App Store under the developer account KingAragorn. We do not run accounts and do not collect your scores. Unless you buy Remove Ads, the app shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers (including the advertising ID), usage and diagnostics data, and a coarse location. Purchases are handled by Apple.
Advertising
Unless you have bought Remove Ads, Jester Drop shows a full-screen ad from Google AdMob after every 10th wave. Those ads are served by Google’s Mobile Ads SDK. We do not receive the information Google collects for advertising.
Google may collect:
- Device identifiers, including the advertising ID when you allow tracking, and other identifiers tied to the device or the app.
- Usage data, such as the ads you are shown and interactions with the app.
- Diagnostics, such as crash logs and performance data (for example launch time, hangs, or energy use).
- Coarse location, estimated from the device’s IP address. The app does not request precise location.
Google uses this information to show and measure ads, and to keep the ads SDK working. Google’s practices are described in Google’s privacy policy.
Tracking and non-personalized ads
Before the app requests ads, it shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- If you allow tracking, Google may use the advertising identifier to show personalized ads and to measure advertising.
- If you decline, or if tracking is restricted, the app requests non-personalized ads. Those ads are not based on the advertising identifier. Google may still use the other information listed above, such as a coarse location estimate and diagnostics, to deliver the ad and operate the SDK.
You can change this choice later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
In-app purchases
Remove Ads is a one-time in-app purchase. Apple handles the payment with StoreKit. We do not receive your card number, billing address, or other payment details. The app stores only on the device that ads have been removed. After that purchase, the app does not request ads.
What stays on your iPhone
Jester Drop saves scores, settings, and the Remove Ads flag only on the device, in the app’s local preferences (Apple’s UserDefaults). We do not upload that information. If you delete the app, iOS deletes it with the app.
What we do not collect
- The app does not ask you to create an account, and it does not ask for your name or email address.
- We do not sell your data.
- The only third-party SDK in the app is Google AdMob. There is no separate analytics or crash-reporting kit.
Children
The app does not ask anyone, including children, for a name, email address, or account. While ads are shown, Google may still collect the advertising data described above.
